Now here is a pot full of babies! Turn them out of the pot, I give the mother leaf a little tug. Separate them carefully
 one by one

each of the babies will come loose easily,  they all have their own little roots system and if one or two don't they will soon make them.   If you wish you may plant them all.  I   intend on saving only the two biggest but often find myself  keeping 4 or 5.   Aw,  what the heck, I love growing them and they make great gifts.

remove the mother leaf What a family!
AND... the mother  leaf can propagate again!  You may set her back in the rooting medium  and she will give another batch of  babies.

I start babies this size in a 2-1/4" pot,  but they are much stronger babies when they are put into little creamer cups or I purchase the clear plastic dosage cups for  cough syrup and such from the drug store supply store we have here in Thunder Bay.
